Inner Fuel Queen Circle – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Inner Fuel Queen Circle, an exclusive membership offered by The Fuel Queen™, operated by Kimberly Stitzel, MS, RDN. By enrolling in the Inner Fuel Queen Circle (“Membership,” “Program,” or “Service”), you (“Client,” “Member,” or “You”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Please read them carefully before subscribing.

1. Program Overview

The Inner Fuel Queen Circle is a monthly subscription membership providing educational content, tools, and community support focused on nutrition, metabolism, hormone health, and lifestyle strategies for women.

This program is for educational and informational purposes only and is not a substitute for individualized medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Membership Access & Payments

  • Your subscription begins immediately upon purchase and renews automatically every 30 days through Kajabi’s payment processor (Stripe or PayPal).

  • Your credit card or payment method will be charged the current subscription fee of $99 USD/month unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days’ notice to all active members.

  • Membership access includes:

    • On-demand Kajabi portal with educational modules, tools, and trackers

    • Weekly emails and monthly themed lessons

    • Private community access for members-only discussion and support

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Kajabi account or by emailing [email protected] at least 7 business days before your next billing date.

  • Because this program offers immediate digital access to all materials, refunds are not available once payment is processed.

  • Upon cancellation, access to the Kajabi portal and private community will end at the conclusion of your current billing cycle.

4. Intellectual Property & Content Use

All content within The Fuel Queen platform — including videos, PDFs, graphics, text, and other materials — is the intellectual property of The Fuel Queen™, LLC and is protected by copyright law.

Members may view and download resources for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of program materials (in part or full) without written permission is strictly prohibited.

5. Health & Medical Disclaimer

  • The Fuel Queen Circle is not a medical or nutrition therapy program.

  • Participation does not establish a dietitian-client or healthcare provider relationship.

  • Always consult your physician or qualified health provider before making changes to your diet, medications, or exercise routine.

  • The Fuel Queen and its representatives make no guarantees of specific outcomes, weight loss, or health results.

6. Community Conduct

To maintain a safe, supportive environment, members agree to:

  • Be respectful and kind in all communications.

  • Avoid sharing private health details of other members outside the community.

  • Not use the community for spam, solicitation, or promotion of outside services.

Violation of these guidelines may result in removal from the community and termination of membership without refund.

7. Technical Access & Availability

  • The Fuel Queen Circle is hosted on Kajabi, a third-party platform. While we make every effort to ensure continuous access, we are not responsible for technical interruptions or outages.

  • Members are responsible for maintaining internet access and compatible devices to view program materials.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

All personal information submitted through registration or participation is handled according to The Fuel Queen’s Privacy Policy, which complies with applicable U.S. data protection standards.

We will never sell or share your personal data.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Fuel Queen™, LLC and its representatives shall not be liable for any damages arising from participation in the membership or use of the provided materials.

You agree to hold harmless The Fuel Queen™, its employees, and affiliates from any claims related to your participation, including but not limited to direct, indirect, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
